LIUBA’S VIDEO REFUGEE WELCOME returns to Berlin for a series of screenings scheduled within the Black International Cinema Berlin Festival, now in its 37th edition. The Festival, curated by Donald Muldow Griffith, has chosen as its title “On and On and On …”, and for two weekends – from the 17th of November to 5th of December – will present a selection of videos and films realized by independent authors, coming from different backgrounds, to promote intercultural dialogue and transnational exchange.
